              MUKKOLA, THIRUVANANATHAPURAM-695 004.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   execution proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2018
   in O.S No.279 of 2010 of the Court of the Sub Judge, Nedumangad, pending
   final disposal of this Regular First Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 28.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAM MOHAN.G.,
   G.P.SHINOD, GOVIND PADMANAABHAN, AJIT G ANJARLEKAR, Advocates for the
   petitioners and of M/S.V.SURESH, G.SUDHEER, R.HARIKRISHNAN , Advocates for
   the respondents 1 to 5 the court passed the following:
