        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying all further proceedings in pursuant to decree and judgment dated

   (30.09.2016)*corrected as 30.09.2020 in O.S.23/2016 on the files of the
   Court of the Subordinate Judge,Alappuzha pending disposal of the

   appeal.

        *The date of decree and judgment in O.S.23/2016 on the file
   of the court of the Subordinate Judge, Alappuzha shown in
   I.A.No.1/2021 is corrected as 30/09/2020 instead of 30/09/2016
   as per the order dated 28.07.2021 in I.A.No.4/2021.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 24/03/2022 and upon hearing the arguments
