        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the order dated 29-02-2016 in RCP No. 68 of 2014 on the file of Rent
   Controller (Munsiff), Thalassery and setting aside the judgment dated
   13-09-2018 in RCA No. 106 of 2016 on the file of Rent Control Appellate
   Authority (Additional District Judge- III), Thalassery pending disposal of
   the above Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this courts
   order dated 01-04-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SURENDRAN &
   S.MAYUKHA, Advocates for the petitioners and of DR.PAULY MATHEW MURICKEN,
   SRI.MUHAMMED ASIF, Advocates for the respondents, the court passed the
   following:
