affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all     further
proceedings in judgment and decree dated 21.12.2019 in O.S.No.52    of 2017
of the court of the Sub Judge,Perumbavoor during the pendency        of the
appeal.


     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments

The execution of the decree in O.S.No.52 of 2017 of

the Sub Court, Perumbavoor, is stayed on condition that the

appellants shall furnish security for the due satisfaction of

the decree. The Court below may consider whether the

property attached during the pendency of the suit can be

accepted as sufficient security.
