                            JUDGMENT

Timing conference for considering revision of

timings in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration

No.KL 52/P 9274 operating on the route Kunnamkulam -

Kuttipuram is scheduled to be held on 03.06.2022 as

evidenced by Ext P1. One K.S Mohammed Nassar has already

filed his objections with regard to the timings. The

petitioner claims to be a rival operator who has also

filed objections with regard to the timings in question.

Ext P2 is the objection filed by him. All that the

petitioner seeks for is a consideration of the

objections by the authority.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned senior Government Pleader.

3. Even Ext P1 notice of the timing conference has

indicated that the consideration of timings will be with

notice to the permit holder and other objectors, if any.

There is no reason why the authority will not consider

the objections submitted by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the

authority to consider the objections of the petitioner

also while settling the timings pursuant to Ext P1.
