        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibits P1 and P-3
   orders during the pendency of the writ petition.

   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

Commissi v. Central Arecanut and Coca Marketing

and Processing Coop Ltd., Mangalore (2006 KHC 104) and

Sivagiri Sree Narayana Medical Missi Hospital v.

Regi Provident Fund Commissi [2018 (4) KLT 352]

to contend that the apprentice who have been working in the

hospital cannot be equated at par with the permanent

employees compelling the employee to pay the contribution.
