        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in EP 31 of 2021 in execution of the Judgment and decree dated
   31-03-2021 in O.S 40/2019 on the files of the Subordinate Judge's Court,
   Thodupuzha, pending disposal of the Civil Revision Petition.


        This Application coming on for orders           upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof,          and upon hearing the arguments
