        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to issue an order of
   attachment before judgment attaching the Schedule property for the OP
   claim of 6198280/- and communicate the order of attachment to the Village
   Officer, Anchal village and Sub Registrar Officer, Anchal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
