     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
of the Order dated 31.10.2014 in R.C.P.No.5/1999 of the Rent Control Court
(Principal Munsiff), Kannur, which confirmed in judgment dated 31.01.2018
in R.C.A. No.201/2014 of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Additional
District Judge-III) Thalassery, pending disposal of the Rent Control
Revision.


     This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
order dated 06.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BABU, JEN
JAISON & SHAJI THOMAS, Advocates for the petitioners and of Mr.
ALEX.M.SCARIA, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the
