                                        ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the final report

submitted in C.C No.22/2014 pending on the file of the

Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge (Vigilance),

Thiruvananthapuram.

The trial in the matter was completed and the

petitioner was convicted for the offences punishable

under Sections 7, 13(1) (d) r/w 13(2) of P.C Act and he

has preferred Crl. Appeal No.376/2019, challenging the

conviction and sentence. Therefore, the Crl.M.C has

become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Crl.M.C is closed.
