     This First appeal from orders having come up for orders along with
connected cases on 24.05.2022, upon perusing the appeal memorandum and
this court's judgment dated 19.6.2019 and the letter dated 08/02/2022 from
the Sub Judge, Chavakkad, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                     ORDER

Ajithkumar, J.

As per the common judgment in FAO Nos.83,84,86 and 87 of

2019 dated 19.06.2019, this Court directed the learned Sub Judge,

Chavakkad to dispose of O.S.Nos.215, 218, 462 and 463 of 2013

within six months from the date of filing of the written statement.

Earlier, on the request of the learned Sub Judge, Chavakkad, period

for disposal of the said suits was extended till 11.02.2022. Now the

learned Sub Judge as per his submission dated 08.02.2022 has

requested to extend the period for six months further.

For a considerable period, trial of the suits was stayed by this

Court as per the common order in CRP Nos.787, 789, 790 and 791 of

2019. Considering the facts stated in the submission of the learned

Sub Judge, Chavakkad, we grant six months more time from today

for the disposal of O.S Nos.215, 218, 462 and 463 of 2013.
