        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   20.05.2022, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                              ORDER

I have heard Sri.S. Kannan, learned Senior Government Pleader and

have also examined the order issued by the Village Officer dated

16/05/2022.

Prima facie, the order referred above does not reflect the true

spirit and intent of this Court in the judgment. I do not propose to

speak much on this in detail now and deem it necessary that the Village

Officer be given one more chance to reflect upon this.

In the afore circumstances, I adjourn this matter to be called on

27/05/2022, on which date the Village Officer will either be at liberty to

issue a fresh order or in the alternative remain present before this

Court.
