        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order
   staying the execution of the judgment dated 17.03.2021, in RCA 3/2018 on
   the files of Rent Controls Appellate Authority, Mavelikara, confirming the
   order of the Rent Control Court, dated 31-03-2018, in RCP 03/2016, on the
   files of the Rent Control Court, Mavelikara, in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.K.S.HARIHARAPUTHRAN, SETHURAM DHARMAPALAN & BHANU THILAK, Advocates
   for the petitioners, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There will be an interim stay as prayed for, for a period of two months.
