                              JUDGMENT

Petitioner is a stage carriage operator. He has

submitted Ext P1 application for issuance of temporary

permit on the route Maneed - Kothamangalam. The

temporary permit is sought in the vacancy of a

defaulted service namely KL-17/T 1229, it is stated. He

seeks for an expeditious consideration of Ext P1

application.

2. Heard.

Without expressing anything on the merits the Writ

Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to

consider Ext P1 application for temporary permit as

expeditiously as possible, and at any rate within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment.
