When this writ petition came up for consideration, there

is no representation for the petitioner. On the last posting date

also, there was no representation. Probably, the prayers in this

writ petition may have become infructuous and that may be

the reason why the petitioner is not appearing.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
