          VALAVUPACHA, CHIRAVOOR, CHITHARA, KOTTARAKKARA, KOLLAM DISTRICT -
          691 506.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceeding pursuant to the Judgment and Decree dated 29/10/2021 in O.S
   No.37 of 2015 in the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Kottarakkara till the
   disposal of this appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 6/4/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.S.SREEKUMAR
   (SR.), SRI.MANOJ RAMASWAMY, Advocates for the petitioner and of
   M/S.M.GOPIKRIHNAN NAMBIAR, KURIAYAN THOMAS, JOHN MATHAI, JOSON MANAVALAN,
