        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in EP 6/2019 in RCP 64/2015 on the file of the Principal
   Munsiff II, Kozhikode as well as the operation of the judgment in R.C.A
   165/2017 on the file of the IInd Additional Rent Control Appellate
   Authority/ IInd Additional District Judge, Kozhikode, pending disposal of
   the above revision.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 21-03-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.V.SURENDRAN
   & P.A.HARISH, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S K.M.FIROZ
