        OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to pass an interim stay staying the operation of Exhibit P13 order
   passed by the Family Court, Ernakulam in E.P. No.7/2016 in OP No.1698/2009
   dated 01/12/2021 till the disposal of the above OP(FC), in the interest of
   justice.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of SMT.K.V.BHADRA KUMARI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed
   the following:
                                      ORDER

Petitioner shall serve notice to the respondent through Adv.Sri.Santhan.V.Nair, who had appeared for him in an earlier proceedings before this Court in Exhibit P12.
