           THE STATE OF KERALA REPRESENTED BY THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR,HIGH COURT
           OF KERALA, ERNAKULAM- 682031.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence imposed upon
   the revivion petitioner in Crl.Appeal No.234/2019 dated 03/09/2021 of the
   Addl.District and Sessions Court-IV, Thiruvananthapuram on appeal from the
   judgment in CC.466/2012 on the file of the Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate
   Court, Thiruvananthapuram dated 18/11/2019 pending final disposal of the
   above revision petition and the revision petitioner may be released on
   bail, for the ends of justice.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.G.SYAMNATH, Advocate
   for the petitioners and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the Court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.Perused the records.Execution of the sentence shall stand suspended upon the petitioner executing a bond for Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial court.
