        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit-P2, pending
   disposal of this writ petition (Civil).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.ALEX.M.SCARIA, A.J.RIYAS, SARITHA THOMAS & ALEN J. CHERUVIL, Advocates
   for the petitioner and of ASSISTANT SOLICITOR GENERAL,the court passed the
   following:

In the light of Ext.P3 order and Ext.P4 judgment, there shall

be an interim direction to the 1 st respondent to publish the

Malayalam version of Ext.P2 notification, as expeditiously as

possible and to make available a copy of the same to this court.

The learned ASG seeks time for getting instructions as to

whether the translated version of Ext.P2 notification has already

been published or not.

If the translated version has so far not been published in the

manner prescribed, the respondents shall grant time for filing

objections to the persons likely to be affected by the notification.

The objection shall be filed within sixty days of publication of the

Malayalam version of Ext.P2 notification.
