        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P4 notice and
   all other coercive steps that may be initiated against the petitioners
   pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's judgment dated
   22-04-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. JOY GEORGE, PRAICY
   JOSEPH, VINO JOSE & TANYA JOY, Advocates for the petitioners, SRI. SURIN
   GEORGE IPE, STANDING COUNSEL for respondents 1 & 2 and of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for respondent 4, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

As the petitioner is seeking variation of the judgment dated 22-4-2022, it is only appropriate that it is heard by the same Bench. Since the same Bench is not sitting during vacation, the period granted in the judgment on 22-04-2022 is extended in the interest of justice till 19-05-2022.

Post on 18-05-2022 before the same Bench.
