          PATTATTHIL MURI, MELTHONNAKKAL VILLAGE, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM DISTRICT,
          PIN-695104.

          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the execution/enforcement and operation of the decree and judgment in
   OS.No.272 of 2004 on the file of the Munsiff Court of Attingal till the disposal of the appeal.
          This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
   support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SURESH,G.SUDHEER, R.HARIKRISHNAN,
   Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
                                                    ORDER

All further proceedings in E.P.No.48 of 2021 pending before the Munsiff Court, Attingal (OS.No.272 of 2004 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Attingal) shall stand stayed for a period of three months from today.
