                                  JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

i) to call for the records which lead to the issuance of Exts.P2 and P3 and to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the same.

ii. to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction on respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to enter the sluaughter house maintained and managed by them and slaughter the animals brought by the petitioner. iii. To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to grant in the nature and circumstances of the case.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner

submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Submission recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
