                                JUDGMENT

S. MANIKUMAR,CJ.

The appellant, a guarantor to the loan availed by the second

respondent, has filed the writ appeal challenging the judgment dated

31.05.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 17493 of 2022, which was disposed of

directing the appellant to pay the outstanding amounts in 12 equated

monthly instalments.

However, on this day, when the matter came up for hearing on

admission, Smt. T. Varnibha, learned counsel for the appellant,

submitted that the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the writ

appeal. Permission is granted and the writ appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.
