        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the decree and judgment dated 22-05-2020 in O.S. No.37/2015 on the
   files of the Sub Judge, Kannur in the interest of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of Sri. K.N.ABHILASH, SRI.SUNIL NAIR PALAKKAT, SRI.M.A.AHAMMAD SAHEER,
   SRI.P.B.MUHAMMED AJEESH, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.SHAJI
   THOMAS, K.BABU, JEN JAISON, Advocates for respondents 1 and 2, the court
   passed the following:
                                      ORDER

There will be an order of stay, as prayed for, on furnishing security for the entire decree amount within a period of 15 days from today, failing which the order of stay will stand vacated and the Execution Court will be at liberty to proceed further in the EP.
