                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the proceedings

initiated under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and

Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI Act) for the sale of the petitioner's

property which was scheduled to be held on today (29-06-2022).

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration, it is the submission of

Adv. Uma Rani, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank

that there are no bidders and therefore the sale cannot be conducted today.

3. Taking note of the above submission, this writ petition is closed,

reserving the liberty of the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for

appropriate reliefs.
