                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of June, 2022

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to

approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for appropriate reliefs. He

states that ten days time may be granted to the petitioner to

approach the tribunal for reliefs including interim relief.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

this writ petition will stand dismissed as withdrawn reserving

liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal

for reliefs. If the petitioner approaches the Debts Recovery

Tribunal within a period of one week from today, the coercive

steps against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance for a period

of ten days to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate relief from

the tribunal. I make it clear that I have not expressed any opinion

on the merits of the matter.
