       3. FATHIMA KUNJU, AGED 68 YEARS, WIFE OF MUHAMMED SHERIF, SHAJINA
          MANZIL, (MOOPPANLAZHIKATH), VADAKKUM MURI, PADANAYARKULANGARA,
          KARUNAGAPPALLY, KOLLAM.

   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

           SHEEJA, AGED 45 YEARS , DAUGHTER OF. IKBAL, ASARIYAZHIKATHU VEEDU,
           AIKYA NAGAR 118, MANAKKAD CHERRY, VADAKKAVILA PO, KOLLAM FROM
           SHAJINA MANIZL, PADAVADAKK, KARUNAGAPPALLY P.O.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the order dated 23/3/2022 in OP No. 1083/2014 on the files of the
   Family Court,Kollam and all further proceedings pursuant thereto, pending
   disposal of the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of A.SHAFEEK, Advocate for the applicants, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The execution of the impugned judgment is stayed on condition that the appellants furnish security for the relief granted to the satisfaction of the Family Court. Any property under attachment also can be offered as security.

It is to be noted that there is no decree as against the appellants 2 and 3. Therefore, any property belong to them, which is under attachment, the Family Court can release that property.
