                            JUDGMENT

Petitioner is the holder of a regular permit in

respect of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL-10-

AT-7158. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2

application for replacement of permit on 21.6.2022. The

grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 application for

replacement is not so far considered and disposed of by

the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader for the

respondents.

3. The Government Pleader on instructions

submits that the respondent has received Ext.P2

application of the petitioner and the same is pending

consideration. However, it is pointed out that the WP(C) NO. 20873 OF 2022

petitioner has not produced the current records relating

to the new vehicle. The learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that he has already produced the

current records.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2

application for replacement of vehicle within a period of

two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
