                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner applied for regular permit on the

route Nayarthodu-Tirur. Ext.P1 is the application for

regular permit submitted by the petitioner. He has

also preferred Ext.P3 application for temporary

permit. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P3

application for temporary permit is not so far

considered by the 2nd respondent. The limited

prayer of the petitioner is for consideration of Ext.P3

application for temporary permit within a time

frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for

the respondents.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case,

there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to WP(C).No.21015 OF 2022

consider Ext.P3 application for temporary permit, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment. It is made clear that, this

Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits

of Ext.P3 application.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above

direction.
