        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of the Judgment dated 26-02-2021 in IC No.18/2014
   passed by the Employees Insurance Court, Alappuzha, pending disposal of
   the above appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S.ADARSH KUMAR and SHASHANK DEVAN Advocates for the applicant, the
   court passed the following:

Interim stay of further proceedings pursuant to the judgment impugned, for a period of three months.
