        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of judgment dated 02.12.2020 in W.P.(C)
   No.30723/2014 of the learned Single Judge during the pendency of the Writ
   Appeal for the fair play of justice.


        This Writ Appeal again coming on for admission on 01.06.2022 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's order dated 04.04.2022,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
