           Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
    accompanying affidavit filed therewith, the High Court be pleased to
    extent the time for depositing the amount as directed by this Honourable
    court.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's judgment dated
   30.11.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of BASIL MATHEW & SARASWATHI
   P,Advocates for the petitioners in IA/WP(C),and of M.SASINDRAN STANDING
   COUNSEL for respondents in IA/WP(c), the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks an entension of time of just two weeks to clear the entire defaulted amounts due under the judgment as on date. To test the bonafides of the aforesaid submission of the petitioner,post on 16.06.2022. Till then coercive proceedings shall not be initiated.
