        OP(Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to set
   aside Exhibit P 10 order directing the First Additional Munsiff Court,
   Neyyattinkara to defer the consideration of Exhibit P6 IA till a decision
   is taken by DPI pursuant to the direction in Exhibit P5 Judgment or to
   direct the court below to take up Exhibit P6 IA and to pass fresh orders
   therein on merits after giving full opportunity to the petitioner to
   contest the same on merits, pending disposal of this Original Petition
   (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   04.05.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. G.SREEKUMAR (CHELUR),
   Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
