                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 01st day of June, 2022

The original petition is filed to direct the

Court of the Munsiff-I, Kozhikode, to dispose of

O.S.No.62 of 2021 within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 21.02.2022,

passed by this Court, the learned Munsiff as by

communication dated 04.03.2022, informed this Court

that the above suit can be disposed of within six

months from the date of communication.

3. Heard Sri.B.Premanth, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner and Sri.Sivadas learned

counsel appearing for respondent.

4. In the light of the pleadings and the materials

on record and the above mentioned communication, in

exercise of the supervisory powers of this Court, under O.P.(C)No.351 of 2022

Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the

Court of the Munsiff-I, Kozhikode, to dispose of

O.S.No.62 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible and in

accordance with law, at any rate on or before

23.12.2022.

The original petition is thus disposed of.
