        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the Judgment passed by the Rent Control Appellate
   Authority/ Additional District Judge- III, Thalassery in RCA 80/2017
   confirming the order passed by the Rent Control Court, Thalassery in RCP
   15/2014, pending disposal of the Rent Control Revision.


        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 29.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.KRISHNAN &
   R.PARTHASARATHY, Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri. K.P. HAREENDRAN,
   Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

Interim order will stand extended by one month.
