The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that in the light of the judgment of this Court

in O.P.(C)No.2434/2021, wherein this Court has

directed the Court of the IIIrd Additional Subordinate

Judge, Kozhikode, to consider and dispose of the suit

within a period of four months from the date of receipt

of a copy of the judgment, the petitioner is desirous of

withdrawing the transfer petition.

2. The said submission is recorded.

The transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
