                               JUDGMENT

The issues analogous to the ones impelled in this case have

already been considered by this Court in the judgment in W.P.

(C)No.21770/2022.

2. Since there is no contest that the petitioner is identically

situated as the petitioners in the aforementioned judgment, I am

certain that same reliefs as granted therein must be afforded to him.

Resultantly, I order this writ petition with the following

directions:

(a) The Calicut University will declare the results of the BPE

Programme of the petitioner on or before 25.08.2022.

(b) Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit will allow the

petitioner to make his application to the MPES Programme until

31.08.2022, subject to all other conditions and criterion being satisfied

by him.

(c) I also leave liberty to the Calicut University, in the event

they are unable to comply with the directions (a) on or before

25.08.2022, to approach this Court well in advance, so that further

orders can be issued, depending upon the circumstances at that time.
