                                  JUDGMENT

This writ petition came up for consideration before this Court

for hearing on 6.7.2022 and 19.7.2022 and thereafter, listed

today for final hearing. Today also, the counsel for the petitioners

submitted that he was not able to contact his clients. If that is the

case, the writ petition can be closed with liberty to the petitioners

to approach this Court if there is any fresh cause of action.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the

petitioners to approach this Court if there is any fresh cause of

action.
