                                       ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 12.07.2022 passed

by this Court, the learned Munsiff, Manjeri, by

communication dated 12.07.2022, has informed this

Court that C.A. Nos.67/2022 and 68/2022 filed in

O.S. No.104/1939 were returned by the record clerk

stating that the file is not available.

2. This Court had specifically sought for a report

from the learned Munsiff, to state the time period

required to provide the certified copies of the

documents that have been sought for in Exts.P1 and

P2. The communication is silent on this aspect.

3. The Registry is hence directed to call for a

fresh report from the learned Munsiff, Manjeri, to

state whether the judgment, decree and final decree OP(C) No.1215/2022 3/4

O.P.(C.) No.1215 of 2022

in O.S. No.104/1939 and the delivery account in

E.P. No.327/1940 are available with the said

court. If the records are not traceable or have

been transferred, the same shall be specifically

stated in the report. The said report shall be sent

to this Court on or before 05.08.2022.
