   High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment
   dated 30.03.2019 of the Court of the Additional District Judge-V, Thiruvananthapuram in
   AS.No.126/2014, pending final disposal of this Regular Second Appeal.


          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
   affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 07.04.2022 and upon hearing
