       1. MATHEW M.DESOUZA, AGED 44 YEARS, RESIDING AT MAMOOTTIL (H),
          KARIMKUNNAM VILLAGE, KARIMKUNNAM KARA, THODUPUZHA, PIN - 685 586.
       2. DELIA MATHEW, RESIDING AT VETTUKATTU KOLLAPURAM, NALUKODI P.O,
          PAIPPATTU VILLAGE, CHENGANASSERY TALUK, PIN - 686 548.

        OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all further proceedings in OP.389 of 2017 on the file of
   the Family Court, Thodupuzha, pending disposal of the above Original
   Petition (FC).
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. P.PARVATHY & NAZRIN HALLAJ, Advocates for the petitioner, the
   court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Notice before admission to the respondents. Simultaneously the

petitioner to serve notice on the respondents through their counsel

appearing before the Family Court.

It is submitted that the hearing of the case in the Family Court is

scheduled today. If that be so, judgment may not be pronounced till the

next posting date.
