        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment dated 09/03/2021 in M.C.268/2014
   before the Family Court, Kozhikode.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 29/10/2021 in Crl.M.A.1/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s.NIRMAL.S & VEENA HARI, Advocates for the petitioners and of Mr.
   T.G.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the first respondent, the Court passed the
   following:
                                       ORDER

Service is complete. Condition imposed while passing order in Crl.M.A.No.01/2021 is complied with. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that amount has been withdwan also.

Post for hearing on 19.07.2022.

Interim order stands extended for two weeks.
