          Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the

   Highcourt        be   pleased   to   suspend     the   sentence   imposed    on   the

   aplicant/appellant by the judgment of conviction and sentence in S.C.No.

   154/2017 of the Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Ottapalam,dated

   23.09.2021 and release the applicant/appellant on bail pending disposal of

   the above criminal appeal.


          This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and

   this court's orders dated 16/11/2021 and 10/05/2022 in            Crl.M.A.No.1/2021

   and upon hearing the arguments of P.VIJAYA BHANU (SR.), P.M.RAFIQ,

   M.REVIKRISHNAN, MITHA SUDHINDRAN, RAHUL SUNIL, SRUTHY N. BHAT, AJEESH

   K.SASI, POOJA PANKAJ, Advocates for the petitioners and of the PUBLIC

   PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following:




                                            ORDER

The order suspending the sentence shall continue to be in force for a period of two months from today on the same terms and conditions.
