                            JUDGMENT

The original petition is filed to direct the Court of

Subordinate Judge, Kannur, to consider and dispose of

O.S. No.55/2020, within a time frame.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 04.02.2022 passed by

this Court, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kannur, by

communication dated 19.02.2022, has informed this

Court that the above suit was posted on 27.05.2022 for

the mediation report and that suit can be disposed of

within a period of six months.

3. Heard; Smt. Rajeswary K. the learned the counsel

appearing for the petitioners. Even though notice has

been served on the respondents, there is no appearance

for them.

4. In the light of the pleadings and materials on

record and the above mentioned communication of the

learned Subordinate Judge, Kannur, in exercise of the

supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the

Subordinate Judge, Kannur to consider and dispose of

O.S. No.55/2020 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

on or before 31.03.2023.

The original petition is ordered accordingly.
