        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an ad interim
   order staying the operation and all further proceedings pursuant to the
   judgment dated 30.07.2020 passed by the Wakf Tribunal, Kozhikode in W.A.S
   No.4/2019, pending disposal of the above C.R.P (Wakf).


        This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 07.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.RAMADAS &
