        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondents to accept land tax and effecting
   mutation of 44 square meter of property in Sy No.19/195 of Munnar Village
   and buildings therein on the basis of Ext.P1 Partition deed provisionally,
   pending disposal of the above Writ Petition (C).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.LATHEESH SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court passed the
   following:

Government Pleader to get instructions whether Ext.P3 judgment can be followed in this case also.
