          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the Operation of judgment and decree passed by the District Court,
   Palakkad in AS.No.14/2018 dated 18.02.2021 and also the Decree and Judgment passed by the
   Prl.Munsiff Court, Palakkad in OS.No.529/2016 on 13.09.2017 in the interest of justice.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 08.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
