        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time to
   produce the interim relief from Debt Recovery Tribunal before the 2nd
   respondent herein as directed by this Hon'ble Court as per the Judgment
   dated 16.06.2022 in W.P (C) No. 14353/2022 for a further period of two
   weeks so as to secure the ends of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 16.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.MUHAMMED
   SALAHUDHEEN, Advocate for the Petitioner in I.A/R2 in WP(C),
   SRI.S.EASWARAN, Advocate for R1 in I.A/Petitioner in WP(C), GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for R2 in I.A/R1 in WP(C) and of SRI.K.RAKESH, Advocate for R3 in
   I.A/R3 in WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Since it is pointed out that the securitisation application filed by the petitioner has been heard and reserved for final orders and no interim orders have been issued within the time granted by this Court in judgment dated 16.06.2022 in W.P.(C).No. 14353/2022, status quo as on today shall be maintained till final orders are passed by the Tribunal.
