        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of judgment and decree dated 01.01.2018 in O.S.414/2012 on the file of the
   Principal Subordinate Court,Palakad.,pending disposal of the R.F.A.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof,and this Court's
   order dated 20/06/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Smt.GIRIJA K
